Kullu End User Licence Agreement Copyright (c) 2026 OpenFaaS Ltd By downloading, installing, or using the Software, or by providing Feedback, you agree to these terms. Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions: The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software. Feedback "Feedback" means any comments, ideas, proposals, suggestions, improvements, feature requests, bug reports, test results, code, documentation, or other material that you provide to OpenFaaS Ltd or its affiliates relating to the Software or their products or services. You retain ownership of your Feedback. You grant OpenFaaS Ltd and its affiliates, under all intellectual property rights that you own or control, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale, import, commercialise, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose, without restriction, attribution, notice, compensation, or other obligation to you. To the extent permitted by law, you waive, and agree not to assert, any moral rights or similar rights in the Feedback. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence and that the Feedback is not subject to terms that would restrict its use. Do not provide Feedback that you consider confidential. Providing Feedback does not create a confidentiality obligation. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
